DY-HTR300M portable constant temperature tank (70℃ ~ 300℃) is a kind of high precision automatic digital display temperature calibration device, it has the characteristics of good temperature stability, uniform temperature field, high temperature control precision, light weight, easy to carry and so on.

The device adopts precision digital display temperature controller to realize automatic temperature control according to PID regulation law. It has compact structure, convenient operation and intuitive temperature reading.

It is suitable for measurement, biochemical, petroleum, meteorology, energy, environmental protection, medicine and other departments and manufacturers of thermometers, temperature controller and other physical parameters testing, and can provide constant temperature source for other experimental research work.

Working principle

DY-HTR300M portable constant temperature oil tank is mainly composed of heating system, temperature control system and stirring system. The tank is divided into mixing area and working area.

The heat generated by the heater in the mixed zone make the oil tank (media) to heat up, when the oil temperature rise to close to the set temperature, temperature control system based on flame state measured temperature to control the heater work, then after mixing system of strong mixing fully mixing oil (medium) into little by the interference of the workspace. Thus, a liquid space with stable temperature field and uniform temperature field is obtained.
